The Autogyro is well suited for Aerial Survey tasking. Its long endurance and ability to fly low and slow, its safety profile and easy handling characteristics combined with the low investment and operating costs and its low CO2 and noise footprint make it a perfect aircraft for various Aerial Survey operations.

Aerial Survey with the Autogyro allows all kinds of surveys to be done from the air. The combination of an autogyro with a LIDAR for example allows for all kind of aerial operations like for mining surveys or the survey of an area where a new road or power line needs to be build. Also a survey for Google maps is already performed using an Autogyro.

The Autogyro with the right camera can be used for the survey of water quality or establishing the strength of dikes. Also counting life stock becomes very easy and effective. The ability to shoot photo's vertical from the Autogyro allows for ad hoc aerial surveys.
